Q. When is the deadline to apply for this year (2007)?
A. The final application deadline is the 30th November 2007.

Q. How do I send my passport size photo's to Green Card Services, Inc.™?
A. You can send your completed application documents either by postal mail, one of the many courier services or e-mail. We will contact you to let you know when we receive your photo's.

Q. I can't get a passport size photo of 50mm x 50mm square. What do I do?
A. No problem, all you need to do is have the closest available passport size photo’s taken, then send it with your Application documents. We will then scan/import the photo at the correct resolution, re-size, crop if needed, save to the correct format and electronically upload for submission at NO EXTRA COST.

Q. I am going to be moving address shortly. What do I do?
A. Simply e-mail us or complete the online contact us form with your new contact details and we will then update our system.

Q. If I don't get selected (win), will I still be notified with the results?
A. The Kentucky Consular Center only notifies the successful applicants. Green Card Services, Inc.™ will however notify each of our clients who were not successful (to let them know) and provide them with the country-by-country results. This means that clients are not left wondering if they still possibly won because they haven't heard anything.

Q. If I get my US Green Card, may I also get US Citizenship?
A. A green card holder may apply for US Citizenship after 5 years of continuous residence in the USA.

Q. I am going to select the 2 years application option. Will I get a refund if I'm successful the first year?
A. Yes, a refund will be issued to you for the unused 2nd year’s application processing fees.

Q. Just in case I'm not happy with the service, please tell me about your 60-day money-back guarantee policy.
